The Lagos State Lands Bureau’s Directorate of Land Regularization has initiated a property audit exercise in Thera Estate, Miracle Avenue, Sangotedo, Ajah, and Greenland Estate, Olokonla, Eti-Osa.

Under the supervision of Permanent Secretary Mr. Kamar Olowoshago, the team was led by Esv. Olayinka Wasiu, Director of Land Regularization, Esv. Kayode Bombata, and other relevant government officials.

The team’s efforts centered on engaging with residents and emphasizing the significance of land regularization.
During the exercise, residents received valuable information on the benefits of proper land documentation, as well as the potential risks associated with dealing with land grabbers.
The aim is to protect the rights and interests of residents and maintain transparency in land ownership within the state.
Esv. Wasiu reaffirmed the Lagos State Government’s commitment to safeguarding the well-being of its residents by ensuring the appropriate documentation of properties and preventing illegal land transactions.
