Residents of Pako Police Amukoko Roundabout in the Ajeromi Ifelodun Local Government Area of Lagos State are grieving the tragic death of a businesswoman and grandmother, who was allegedly stabbed to death by her grandson.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that the assailant, after committing the crime, fled with N4 million in cash and gold jewelry.
According to reports, the grandson had been living with his grandmother, who frequently traveled to Cotonou, Benin Republic, to purchase goods for resale in Nigeria.
On the evening of Friday, February 21, 2025, as the grandmother was preparing for another business trip, her grandson discovered she was carrying a large sum of money (N4 million) meant for purchasing goods.
In a heinous act, he reportedly stabbed her to death that same night, stealing the money and the gold jewelry.

The murder went unnoticed until Sunday, February 23, 2025, when a family member visited the grandmother and discovered the gruesome scene.
