Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with industry regulations. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent project coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient project management processes.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Enforce quality control measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor project milestones, prepare progress reports, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Manage contract administration, procurement planning, and cost control.
- Optimize resource allocation to enhance project efficiency.
- Utilize project management tools for workflow optimization and performance tracking.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management expertise.
- PMP certification is an added advantage.

Salary
₦150,000 – ₦450,000 monthly.
