Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage the Managing Director’s (MD) emails, communications, and information flow; respond where possible and prioritize those needing MD’s attention.

Plan and maintain the MD’s calendar, organize appointments, set meeting agendas, and track action points.

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and detailed itinerary planning.
-
Collaborate effectively with internal staff, clients, and suppliers to support business operations.
-
Assist the MD in various projects by conducting research, compiling data, and providing administrative support to ensure timely project completion.

Maintain organized records, manage client relations, design and uphold an efficient filing system, and oversee meeting logistics.

Develop strong relationships and communication channels with corporate customers on behalf of the MD.
Requirements:

HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or a relevant field.

Minimum of two years’ relevant experience.
-
Strong project management, time management, and organizational abilities.
-
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
-
Fluency in English is mandatory.
-
Experience in project coordination and assisting top-level executives.
-
Ability to work independently with exceptional organizational skills for managing tasks and supporting others.
