In a momentous development for the Epe Kingdom, High Chief Kadri Odedeogboro the former Balogun of Epe Kingdom, has been officially elected as the new Olu Epe of Epe Kingdom.
Ekohotblog reports that the announcement came during a special Islamic prayer session held this morning at the Epe Central Mosque in honour of the late Olu Epe His Royal Majesty Oba Dr Shefiu Olatunji Adewale.

In a significant and spiritual moment, High Chief Odedeogboro was formally dressed in traditional royal attire at the mosque, symbolizing his acceptance as the new monarch of the kingdom.
Following his formal presentation, the newly elected Olu Epe addressed the congregation and the people of Epe with a heartfelt promise.
“I am deeply humbled by this honour. I promise to lead with integrity, unity, and love for our people. Above all, I will uphold the legacy of our late king, who served this land with wisdom and grace. May his soul continue to rest in peace.”
