EKO HOT BLOG reports that the West London club is aiming to streamline its roster and free up funds to pursue fresh signings ahead of the new season. Among the notable names reportedly placed on the transfer list are Noni Madueke, Nicolas Jackson, and Christopher Nkunku. These players, though considered valuable assets, may be moved on if Chelsea receive the right offers.
Other players tipped for potential exits include Djordje Petrovic, Armando Broja, Ben Chilwell, Axel Disasi, Raheem Sterling, Carney Chukwuemeka, and the recently signed Renato Veiga. Some of these players, like Broja, Chukwuemeka, and Veiga, spent the previous season on loan and may now be considered surplus to requirements.
The expected clear-out is part of Chelsea’s broader strategy to rebalance the squad and support the club’s ongoing recruitment drive. The Blues have already made moves in the transfer market, with striker Liam Delap arriving from Ipswich Town for €35.5 million. His signing could pave the way for Nicolas Jackson’s departure, while Borussia Dortmund’s Bynoe-Gittens has emerged as a potential replacement for Madueke.
Chelsea’s leadership believes this squad overhaul is essential to create room for further reinforcements and to align with the club’s long-term ambitions under new management.
However, it is understood that the sales of key players like Jackson, Madueke, and Nkunku will only proceed if the club receives offers that meet their valuation.
As Chelsea prepares for a challenging season ahead, the club’s summer transfer activity is set to be closely watched by fans and analysts alike.
