President Bola Tinubu has expressed sorrow over the passing of the Emir of Gusau, Dr Ibrahim Bello, who died on Friday, July 25 in Abuja at the age of 71.
Eko Hot Blog reports that in a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President described the Emir’s death as a loss felt by all and commended his dedication to public service and leadership.

Tinubu also offered his condolences to the government and people of Zamfara State, along with the Emir’s family, praying that Allah grants him mercy and eternal rest.

“President Tinubu described the traditional ruler’s death as a collective loss beyond his immediate domain, citing his lifelong service at different levels,” the statement read.
