The All Progressives Congress (APC) has described its performance in the legislative by-elections held across twelve states on Saturday as a clear endorsement of President Bola Tinubu’s administration and its Renewed Hope Agenda.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that in a statement issued on Sunday by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the APC expressed appreciation to Nigerians for what it called a decisive show of confidence, which resulted in sweeping victories for its candidates.
“This win is yet another solid endorsement of President Bola Tinubu’s administration and its Renewed Hope Agenda designed to deliver, and now steadily delivering, transformation of our country’s economy and other sectors of our national life,” Morka stated.
The party congratulated its successful candidates, urging them to remain committed to their legislative mandates by pursuing policies that would bring tangible benefits to their constituents.
The APC also praised its National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, describing the results as his first major electoral achievement since assuming leadership. “It is a strong pointer to greater things to come,” the statement added.
The ruling party further commended Progressive Governors, party leaders, and supporters for their contributions to the success, while also acknowledging the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for conducting what it described as credible elections.
“We also salute all security agencies for maintaining peace and order, despite cases of election violence and voter suppression in some districts,” Morka said.
Reiterating its gratitude to Nigerians, the APC urged citizens to sustain their support for the party and President Tinubu as efforts continue to improve governance and economic stability.
“Our deepest gratitude remains with the Nigerian electorate and we urge all Nigerians to sustain their support for our great Party and Mr President as he continues to pave a clear and steady path of prosperity for this and future generations,” the statement concluded.
