The Tinubu–Ambode Support Group on Thursday, August 21, 2025, held a sensitisation campaign at the Epe Court Hall, Ita-Opo, Epe, to mobilise residents for the ongoing nationwide Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise.

Eko Hot Blog reports that the event, which drew representatives from across Epe Division, brought together community leaders, political stakeholders, and grassroots supporters, all united in encouraging citizens to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Gboyega Adegbite emphasized the objective of the sensitisation drive.
“This sensitisation event is mainly to urge residents to get their voter cards for 2027 and to vote President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Ambode Support Group is fully behind Tinubu.”
Also addressing the gathering, Mr. Blessing Adebola Jacob urged residents to take advantage of the CVR exercise for new registrations, transfers, replacements, and updates.
“Everyone who is 18 and above must get their PVC. Relocation, replacement, or fresh registration, no one should be left out. Ambode is for Tinubu, and Tinubu is for Ambode.”
Prince Salau Olawale reiterated the significance of civic responsibility. “The importance of PVC registration cannot be overemphasised. It is the only tool that empowers you to choose your leaders.”
In her remarks, Alhaja Onabokun pleaded with the people of Epe and Lagos at large to rally behind the vision of both Tinubu and Ambode.
“We plead for your continued support of President Bola Tinubu and Akinwunmi Ambode ahead of 2027.”
Other representatives from across Epe Division also spoke, aligning themselves with the message of solidarity and support. They urged residents not only to register but to come out in full force in 2027.
