Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has appealed to security agencies to remain professional and non-partisan in the state’s unfolding political climate.
Eko Hot Blog reports that during a ceremony to decorate his Aide-De-Camp (ADC), DSP Ahmed Bio Abdulraman, at the Government House in Osogbo, the governor stressed the importance of neutrality.

Adeleke stated that Osun, being the home state of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, should not be turned into a political battleground.

He praised the Nigeria Police Force for its professionalism and specifically commended the leadership of the Osun State Commissioner of Police, Ibrahim Gotan, for fostering peace and order.
The governor, who expressed delight over his ADC’s promotion, described DSP Abdulraman as an exemplary officer whose loyalty and discipline reflect the values of the Nigeria Police.
Adeleke emphasized that a neutral security force is vital for Nigeria’s stability and growth, urging all security chiefs to continue promoting a level playing field for all political activities.
