The President also ordered the construction of a road linking the Body of Benchers Secretariat in Jabi District to Nile University. Once completed, the road is expected to ease traffic congestion in the area, particularly around the headquarters of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
The Senior Special Assistant to the FCT Minister on Public Communications, Lere Olayinka, confirmed the directive on Tuesday, noting that the projects would be executed under emergency approval.

“These facilities will provide much-needed accommodation for students of the Nigerian Law School, while the new road will help reduce congestion in the area,” Olayinka said.
The announcement follows a statement on Monday by the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, who reiterated that President Tinubu remains committed to delivering on his Renewed Hope agenda.
Wike added that the administration’s goal is to transform Abuja into a world-class city.
