Afrobeats legend Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has dismissed reports of an alleged altercation with his wife, Natasha Osawaru, in the United Kingdom.
Eko Hot Blog gathered that the rumours, shared by social media commentator Tosin Silverdam, claimed that the couple had a heated argument after arriving in the UK for his tour on October 2, 2025, which allegedly led to police intervention and 2Baba being taken away.

According to the reports, the disagreement began shortly after they were picked up at the airport and escalated at their hotel, with claims that bottles were thrown during the altercation.
Reacting to the viral claims, 2Baba explained that his absence from the scheduled show was due to a medical emergency, not a domestic dispute.

In a video shared on social media, the singer appeared with Natasha and a friend, laughing off the reports. “Please, if you don’t know anything, don’t talk. We had a medical emergency,” he said, thanking fans and organisers for their support.
Despite 2Baba’s clarification, Silverdam insisted that his information was correct and later shared alleged chats between show organisers and others to back his claims.
