The state Police Public Relations Officer SP Bright Edafe stated that, based on the petition, the Commissioner of Police CP Femi Abaniwonda directed the State Criminal Investigation Department to investigate the matter.

Edafe said that on November 17, the suspect, identified as Pastor Daniel Ololo, was arrested at his church premises. Investigation revealed that the pastor allegedly used false prophecy to lure vulnerable members to his church office, coercing them into believing that they would not be delivered unless they engaged in s3xual acts with him.
It was further reported that the pastor allegedly had canal knowledge of three sisters of the same mother who are members of his church, with the youngest victim reportedly aged 17 years.
