Veteran Yoruba actor and filmmaker, Femi Bright, has recounted a troubling experience from his past, revealing how a strange incident in his home later coincided with what he described as spiritual warnings.
Eko Hot Blog reports that Bright shared the account during an interview with Fright News TV, where he spoke about a night that left him unsettled after what initially seemed like an ordinary moment.

According to the actor, the incident occurred when he woke up one night to use the bathroom. While there, he said he heard a woman’s voice clearly pointing him out to someone else from within the house.
Bright explained that although the voice sounded real, he did not react at the time and simply returned to bed. It was only the following morning that the experience began to trouble him.
He said he later asked members of his household if anyone knew the woman whose voice he heard, but they all denied any knowledge of it. He added that he told them he suspected that strange activities might be taking place in the house, a claim he said was not taken seriously.
The actor said about two weeks later, while working as a film director on a project at a church in Igando, Lagos, another experience reinforced his fears.
Bright explained that the job was arranged by a woman based in Libya and that the church was used as one of the filming locations. After production ended, he was informed by the church owner that someone had entered a trance and requested to speak with him before he left.
He said that during the encounter, the individual allegedly warned him that strange spiritual forces were operating in his home, a statement he said immediately reminded him of the earlier incident and his conversation with family members.
Bright added that this was not the only unusual experience he had encountered in his career, revealing that a colleague once took him to a cleric who claimed that another popular actor had attempted to undermine his success through spiritual means.
He said he was assured of protection and that prayers prevented any harm, noting that the experience strengthened his belief that unseen struggles can surround individuals without their awareness.
