Nigerian music star Davido has publicly expressed gratitude to his father, Adedeji Adeleke, for defending him amid the ongoing paternity controversy involving Ayo Labinjoh and her daughter, Aanu Adeleke.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the saga resurfaced last week when Aanu Adeleke reportedly penned an open letter to Davido, requesting a paternity test.

Davido, however, denied any prior connection with the girl and reiterated on X that multiple DNA tests already conducted confirmed she is not his daughter.
Ayo Labinjoh rejected the results, claiming the DNA tests were fraudulent.
Speaking at a press briefing on Wednesday, Adedeji Adeleke stood firmly by his son, revealing that DNA tests were carried out on both Davido and his cousin, singer B-Red, to settle the matter.
