The Lagos State Government has announced that the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) Admission Screening Test will take place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, as part of the admission process for candidates seeking entry into the prestigious military institution.
The announcement was made through the Lagos State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, which stated that preparations were already underway to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination across the state.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that according to the ministry, a liaison team from the Nigerian Defence Academy is expected to arrive in Lagos on June 11, 2026, to begin consultations and coordinate arrangements with relevant government agencies and stakeholders ahead of the screening exercise.
The government explained that the visit would facilitate effective planning, logistics coordination and collaboration among all parties involved in conducting the admission test.
Prospective candidates have been urged to strictly adhere to all guidelines issued by the Nigerian Defence Academy regarding the screening exercise.
The ministry advised applicants to pay close attention to instructions relating to registration, accreditation and examination procedures to avoid challenges on the day of the test.
