In his speech, Akogun Wale Anomo spoke about how the new Officers’ Quarters will help police officers do their jobs better.
“This facility will not only improve the working conditions for our police officers but also benefit the entire community,” Anomo said.
He mentioned that this project is just the beginning, with plans to build similar quarters at the Agbowa Police Station after the completion of this.
“We want to make it easier for security officers to do their work. Their comfort affects the safety of our people, and we need to give them the right resources,” Anomo added.
In addition to the new quarters, the council also donated 3.5KvA generators to both the Ketu-Ereyun and Agbowa police stations to help with power shortages that could make police work harder.
CSP Idungafa Nsidibe, the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Ketu-Ereyun, appreciated the chairman for his ongoing support.
“This new building will lift our spirits and help our officers do their jobs better,” he said. “On behalf of the entire force, we promise to return this kindness by serving the community well
