Gabriel Martinelli opened the scoring for Arsenal with a composed finish from Jurrien Timber’s cross, before setting up Leandro Trossard to double the lead just before halftime.
Leicester struggled offensively, managing just one touch in Arsenal’s penalty area during the first half.
However, the Foxes struck back just over a minute into the second half when James Justin’s header from a Facundo Buonanotte free-kick deflected off Havertz and into the net. Justin then equalized in stunning fashion, volleying home a cross from Ndidi past David Raya off the inside of the post shortly after the hour mark.

Leicester’s resurgence briefly rattled Arsenal, but the Gunners regained control, forcing two superb saves from Mads Hermansen, who denied Havertz from point-blank range and Trossard following a defensive error.
In the dying moments, Trossard’s shot was deflected by Ndidi past Hermansen for Arsenal’s third, and Havertz capped off the comeback with a tap-in to seal the win.
The victory brings Arsenal level on points with Manchester City, who could lose their top spot to Liverpool if they win against Wolves in Saturday’s late match.
