- The supporters of the cleric and the parishioners had earlier stormed the Bishop’s Court, demanding that Bishop Calistus Onaga of the Catholic Diocese of Enugu should produce Father Mbaka.
The Department for State Security (DSS) says the ‘missing’ Catholic Priest and Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry, Rev. Father Ejike Mbaka, is not in their custody.
This was made known by the spokesman of the DSS, Peter Afunaya, on Wednesday.
According to him, the service was not in possession of the cleric.

“Rev Fr Mbaka is not with the DSS. The DSS did not pick him up, please,” Afunaya said.
The supporters of the cleric and the parishioners had earlier stormed the Bishop’s Court, demanding that Bishop Calistus Onaga of the Catholic Diocese of Enugu should produce Father Mbaka.
He was alleged to have gone missing two days ago after he reportedly went to see the Bishop.
