BREAKING: NCDC Confirms 182 COVID-19 Cases In Nigeria

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded 182 new COVID-19 cases in Nigeria.

Ekohotblog reports that NCDC confirmed the 182 new COVID-19 cases in a tweet on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Thursday evening, May 28.

NCDC noted that of the 182 COVID-19 cases recorded on Sunday evening, 111 were detected in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city, FCT-16 Akwa Ibom-10 Oyo-8 Kaduna-6 Delta-6 Rivers-5 Ogun-4 Ebonyi-4 Kano-3 Plateau-2 Gombe-2 Kebbi-1 Kwara-2 Bauchi-1 Borno-1, northern Nigeria.

Meanwhile, Ekohotblog reports that the development means that Nigeria’s total confirmed cases of COVID-19 have risen to eight thousand, nine hundred and fifteen (8915) with two thousand, five hundred and ninety-two (2592) people discharged and two hundred and fifty-nine (259) deaths recorded so far.
