EKO HOT BLOG reports that the Presidential Election Petition Court issued the pre-hearing report on Tuesday, providing details about the petition and outlining the trial schedule.
Justice Haruna Tsammani, the chairman of the five-member panel of the court, presented the pre-hearing report, which included the court’s decision to consolidate all the petitions into a single hearing.
Justice Tsammani announced that the proceedings for the petition would begin on May 30, 2023.
Additionally, he stated that after the written addresses are adopted on August 5, 2023, the court will prepare for the final judgment.
