Omah Lay and Tems have regained freedom from detention in Uganda.
Ekohotblog gathered that Okumu Jude Muwone, the presiding judge who is the chief magistrate of Makindye, directed that the singers be set free.
On December 13th, the artists were arrested and charged to court for breaking Covid-19 rules by performing at an event in Kampala, Uganda.

Confirming the news, Mr Eazi announced that Nigerian musicians Omah Lay and Tems have been released from prison in Uganda.
He also went on to thank the Ugandan government and the Justice of Uganda for their release.
