President Muhammadu Buhari and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr Femi Gbajabiamila, are meeting at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Ekohotblog gathered that the agenda of the closed door meeting is believed to be in connection with the xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in South Africa.
The speaker arrived at the Villa for the meeting about 11.23am.

Meanwhile, the National Assembly is still on annual recess, but members began mounting pressure on the leadership to reconvene the legislature soon after the xenophobic attacks started.
