Bundesliga: Harry Kane Injured As Bayern Held To 1-1 Draw By Leverkusen
Leverkusen took the lead in the 31st minute through Robert Andrich, but Bayern equalized just eight minutes later with a stunning long-range effort from Aleksandar Pavlovic.
Kane, who had a quiet game, limped off with a foot injury in the 86th minute following a clash with Leverkusen’s Amine Adli.

Bayern sporting director Max Eberl expressed uncertainty about Kane’s condition, noting, “When Harry leaves the field, it means something because he’s pretty tough.”
“(The incident) doesn’t look good, but we hope he’s made strong out of good English wood and nothing’s broken.”
Bayern’s Serge Gnabry hit the woodwork twice in the best chance of the second half, but Leverkusen held on for a draw.
“We deserved more, definitely,” said Bayern captain Manuel Neuer.
“We were clearly the better team and had the better chances. The goal we conceded was frustrating.”
Bayern dominated the early stages, pinning Leverkusen back and maintaining control outside their box. The hosts’ best opportunity came from a 19th-minute free kick, with Michael Olise’s curling effort narrowly missing the target.

However, Leverkusen took the lead against the flow of play, as Robert Andrich capitalized on a Pavlovic error, firing a low shot in from a corner.
Despite Bayern’s dominance, their equalizer arrived through a moment of brilliance from Pavlovic, who redeemed himself with a superb long-range curler.
The second half mirrored the first, with Serge Gnabry hitting the woodwork twice in quick succession following a slick pass from Harry Kane.
In the closing minutes, both sides appeared content with the 1-1 draw. While Bayern remain three points clear of third-placed Leverkusen, Kane’s late foot injury casts a shadow over their upcoming congested fixture list.
