Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers by promoting Moniepoint’s products and services.

Cross-sell various banking solutions to existing customers.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and social media.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Conduct daily sales team meetings and review previous performance while planning weekly goals.

Maintain strong relationships with existing business clients.

Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs.

Participate in community engagements, market activations, and trade fairs to promote services.

Recommend suitable financial products based on customer needs.

Deliver engaging presentations on Moniepoint’s offerings.

Work closely with the sales team to optimize results.

Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience, preferably within banking, fintech, or related industries.

Strong knowledge of the local financial services market.

Proven experience in merchant acquisition and managing business relationships.

Advantageous to have experience in selling lending products and POS devices to corporate merchants.

Strong business sense and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
