• Develop and execute engaging content strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
• Handle system inventories and perform general administrative tasks.
• Generate invoices, receipts, and official letters.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Analyze social media performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, engagement, etc.).
• Run paid social media campaigns and optimize ad performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and social media algorithm changes.
• Generate leads and drive sales through targeted digital marketing efforts.
