In an official statement, the FCT-CSC management described the publication as “FAKE NEWS” and explicitly stated that it is “the handiwork of fraudsters who intend to defraud unsuspecting members of the public.”

The commission emphatically informed the public to disregard such unauthentic information, clarifying that it is completely false and “has nothing to do with the FCT-CSC.” This strong message aims to prevent vulnerable citizens from falling victim to this pervasive scam.
To ensure the public can protect themselves, the FCT-CSC has provided a clear method for verification. For the avoidance of any doubt, the commission urged the general public to fact-check any recruitment information directly at its headquarters.
The official address is: FCT Civil Service Commission, APDC Building, Behind Abuja Geographical Information System (AGIS) complex, Central Business District (CBD), Abuja.
