Legal documents obtained by TMZ show that Epps claimed he was in town for a show and forgot that the firearm was in his bag. Upon investigation, police found a .38 Special Airweight with four rounds loaded, but none in the chamber.
The firearm and ammunition were taken as evidence, and officials at the Indianapolis Airport Police confirmed that Epps was not arrested. However, a report was forwarded to the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office to determine if charges should be filed.
