Commissioner Lauds Gov. Bello For Development of Roads Infrastructure In Kogi State

The Kogi State Commissioner for Works, Engr. Abubakar Ohere has applauded Governor Yahaya Bello For the Released Of Funds To Construct About Thirty Roads across the state.

Engineer Ohiare who made the commendation while speaking with reporters in kogi described the First Year Anniversary Of the Governor As Superlative.

According to him, the List Of Roads designed For Construction and rehabilitation in the state include:

LOKOJA TOWNSHIP ROAD

1. Bishop court – Kasuwa Hotel-Ganaja Junction Road

2. Adankolo Cementray- Zenith Bank Road

3. Dunamis Junction- Federal University Road

4. UBA Adankolo- Housing Estate Road

5. Cemetery Baptist Church Road

6. Kewon Hotel – Lokoja LGA/Federal Road safety road.

7. Sardauna Junction – Cemetery /Maigari palace Road.

8. Asphalt overlay of Paparanda Square- Nataco Junction Dual Carriage Way

9. Grade Separation Intersection (Flyover Bridge) Ganaja Junction.

OKENE TOWNSHIP ROAD

1. Agassa- Irucheba Road

2. Ozuwaya- Idozuni Road

3. Idozumi- Idoji Road and Spurs

4. Ahache – Enyinare Road

5. Ateba – Idozumi Road and Spurs

6. Obehira- Makaranta Road

7. Library – Inike Road

8. Agassa- Ekuku – Dam Road

The Kogi State Commissioner for Works noted that the contractors handling the various projects were being mobilized back to site after the break
