The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has shown that Nigeria has recorded a total of 165,199 COVID-19 cases.
In its latest case update dated May 3, the NCDC reports 18 new cases with no COVID-related fatality.

The new infections were recorded in 5 states — Lagos-8, FCT-6, Edo-2, Rivers-1 and Ogun-1.
