EKO HOT BLOG reports that the latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 255,716 COVID-19 cases.
In its latest case update dated April 23 – 27, the NCDC reports 31 new cases with no COVID-related deaths.
The new cases were reported in 6 states – Lagos (21), Oyo (4), FCT (2), Kaduna (2), Delta (1) and Rivers (1).

According to the NCDC, no case was recorded in Bauchi, Cross River, Kano, Plateau and Sokoto States.
