EKO HOT BLOG reports that speaking via his official X account on Wednesday, Tinubu described Soludo as a friend of over two decades and a committed progressive. He said their discussions centred on bold economic reforms, deepening democracy, addressing insecurity, and creating more opportunities for Nigerian youths.
According to the President, both leaders share a common belief that progressives must work together to strengthen security, transform the economy, and ensure inclusive governance.
He stressed that tackling insecurity would require a combination of decisive action and policies that open doors for young people across the country.
Tinubu also emphasised his administration’s readiness to collaborate with any state government that is serious about advancing human, social, and economic development.
“Nigeria’s progress is strongest when we work together,” he stated, adding that his government will continue to take strategic steps toward sustainable and shared prosperity.
Governor Soludo’s visit came amid ongoing federal economic reforms and heightened national security concerns.

While specific policy agreements were not disclosed, the meeting signals continued engagement between the federal government and states to address pressing national challenges.
