The Dollar to Naira exchange rate at the black market, also known as the parallel market (Aboki FX), remained stable on Monday, July 13, 2026.
According to Bureau De Change (BDC) operators in Lagos, the United States Dollar exchanged at ₦1,425 per dollar for selling and ₦1,410 per dollar for buying in the parallel market.
