Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov responded cautiously to reports of Ukraine’s plan, asserting that the war would only end once Russia achieves its objectives.
Zelensky is expected to ask for more support from Western countries, including the use of long-range missiles that could strike deep into Russian territory. While Biden has not yet made a decision, Zelensky emphasized that the U.S. must lead the way.
