Eredo LCDA Commences Bursary Awards for Tertiary Institution Students

Eko hot blog reports that the Eredo Local Council Development Area (LCDA) has announced the launch of its annual bursary awards for tertiary institution students.

This initiative, led by the Executive Chairman, Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, aims to support the educational pursuits of deserving students while alleviating financial burdens on their families.

The application process begins on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, and closes on Monday, December 23, 2024. Screening of applicants will take place on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 9:00 AM at the Eredo LCDA Secretariat.

Speaking on the initiative, Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye stated, “Education is a cornerstone of development, and as a government, we remain committed to investing in the future of our youth. This bursary is a step towards empowering our students to achieve academic excellence and contribute meaningfully to society.”

To qualify for the bursary, applicants must submit the following documents:

Indigenous Reference Letter
Local Government Identification Letter
JAMB Admission Letter
National Identification Number (NIN) or INEC Voter’s Card
LASRA ID
Valid Student ID or Course Form
Current Academic Results
Application forms will be available at the Education and Library Services Department of Eredo LCDA.
