- Increased access to quality education across Eredo communities.
The Executive Chairman of Eredo LCDA, Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, has announced the commissioning of three major educational projects within the council area, reinforcing his administration’s resolve to prioritize education as the foundation of community development.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the projects include a new block of six classrooms with offices and toilets at Odomola Junior Secondary School, a block of three classrooms with headteacher’s office and toilets at UPE Primary School, Odogbawojo, and the comprehensive renovation of the Home Economics Laboratory, classrooms, and offices at St. Joseph RCM Primary School, Ibonwon.
Speaking on the initiative, Hon. Akinloye said:
“Education is the bedrock of progress, and we are determined to create an enabling environment where our children can learn, grow, and thrive.”

He added:
“These projects are not just about structures, but about giving every child in Eredo a fair chance at success and ensuring no community is left behind.”
Community members, head teachers, and parents commended the council boss for what they described as a timely intervention that will improve both teaching and learning.
