  • We are now looking for a network sales specialist to secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations and objectives.
  • Actively lead and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing detailed transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively give to make customers and Ericsson successful.
  • This job role could be passionate about selling assigned portfolio, a specific part of the customer’s business/technology area and/or geography.

You Will

  • Your responsibility will be to improve customer relationships and dedication.
  • You are encouraged to build sales opportunities that will generate profitability sales.
  • The role also includes optimization of the account team’s performance and to enable flawless transition to operations
  • Act as Network sales expert towards the customer
  • Represent KAM in sales process and opportunities
  • Act as ACR and own the core 3 team during the sales process (SDP1, SDP2, SDP 3) and through project execution by leading change request and maintaining profitability.

Requirements
To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Education: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Master of Science or similar
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience of relationship sales and 8 years from the ICT industry
  • Demonstrated ability: (RAN, 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G.)
  • Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
  • You will need to have customer and market insight as well as negotiation skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Structured and organized to lead the project profitability and changes.

Job Title: MSIP Operations Assurance Manager

Our Exciting Opportunity

  • We are looking for a member to be part of our Managed Services team! As a part of our MSIP Operations Assurance team, you will play a key role in managing the delivery of services and resources on our “live” customer network.
  • Based on our customer’s network specifics, you will ensure the daily coordination of our customer network operations and maintenance activities, including optimizations and field operation activities coordination, according to Ericsson’s and the customer’s network particularities and requirements.

You Will

  • Manage end-to-end Operations and delivery of operations & maintenance activities for specific customer, including preparation of the live customer network and assisting the program manager in resources and timing definition and tracking
  • Be Responsible for the financial and operational and delivery performance of the Operations Assurance assignments within a Managed Services Deal.
  • Be Responsible to manage the applicable WLAs and OLAs with delivery organizations, manage the delivery of operations, ensuring that operations delivery is fulfilling the contracted Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for critical incident, Network Delivery Operations escalations, and performance reporting towards the customer.
  • Validate and approve integration test results for a new service, terminal and equipment type or vendor
  • Secure the availability and accuracy of the customer’s asset configuration information to be used by all delivery units
  • Participate in various change management boards, and forums as needed and coordinate customer participation as necessary
  • Ensure acceptance tests are performed locally and globally with customer involvement and approval as necessary
  • Continuously drive for efficiency, improvements and excellence in service delivery.

Requirements
To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Technologically, Ericsson Customer Interactive System and/or Charging System experience with operations background is a must
  • Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations
  • Strong Leadership in managing complex teams, partners, customer
  • Ability to work collaboratively and innovatively to bring upon continuous improvement in operations
  • A solid data analysis skill
  • Team player to work in an outstanding environment of working with an amalgamation for Solutions improvements for issues highlighted by operations
  • An innovative mind set of a good bent towards automations.

Job Title: Service Delivery Line Manager – Job Stage 8

  • In this role, you will ensure customer value and happiness through an efficient service delivery
  • As an MS SDM (Service Delivery Manager), you will support service sales directly or indirectly via the unit resources as you understand and align with the overall MS service delivery processes, models, and strategies
  • You will have a role in the line organization (the operational organization), with the purpose to lead their area of responsibility aligned with the instructions
  • You will collaborate to ensure that work is executed within the scope of OHS requirements!

You will:
Governance and Operational Excellence:

  • Centralized and simplified governance and reporting, ensuring consistent Ways of Working and providing insights to enable follow-up and overall alignment across MSIT-ADM CUs and SLs
  • Responsible to lead a set of MSIT internal processes such as SDE savings plan, WAVE, Business Lead Generation Process
  • Support all MSIT-ADM units on Internal and External audits
  • Building a high performing team culture through proactive attitude, teamwork focus, strong performance ethics, high professionalism and high energy.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Financial Nos Analysis and Reporting (OB, NS, UM for the specific Accounts in alignment with MSCOO’s)

Conduct Resource Management:

  • Manage and balance resources cost, and competence needs (pyramids), Recruit resources (ensuring diversity), Terminate employments, Update HRMS, Secure workplace and access rights, Conduct succession planning, do IPMs. Update Resource Tracker

Steer Competence Management:

  • Develop plans for team development connected to business needs & according to the tactical resource planning, conduct talent management, develop leadership skills of leaders, Perform assessment of resources etc.
  • Tactical resource and cost planning

Manage Unit Finance:

  • Manage and control CC budget, absorption, utilization, billability etc.
  • Steer Performance Management: Identify & implement standard methodologies, improvement programs, Identify and address barriers to performance, Inspire change management according to set goals

Ensure Service Delivery Execution:

  • Ensure delivery execution according to contract/assignment, Manage WLA Between SL MS and MSIP, Manage business continuity

Apply Service Delivery Process and Models:

  • Apply OMM for own CU, ensure that any needed resource, tools, processes and systems are available and accurately utilized to support all activities under the scope of this agreement.
  • Ensure high level participation in global re-use, automation and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure Operational Efficiency measures are adopted in Operations to achieve Business Area NS and UM targets
  • Contribute and support pre-sales activities by providing accurate FLPC, adequate delivery model, signing off solution etc. Build and maintain partner relations, arrange resources for new services, Business readiness as well as for specific competences
  • Adherence of directives, policies and processes

Cost Control:

  • Make certain the internal efficiencies for MS delivery through the Operational Excellence (by applying the right process, drive knowledge management, Crafting Multi Skills Skills Workforce)
  • Liaise with GSC OPE delivery function for demand of resources
  • 3PP Cost efficiency
  • Dialog Survey execution, and improvement plans realization

Requirements
To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Education: M.Sc, MBA or equivalent through experience
  • Minimum years of experience: 13-18 years of relevant experience
  • Deep understanding of Service Delivery model, strategy & process
  • Knowledge of the sales process
  • Customer and market insight
  • Excellent Social and communication skills
  • Financial acumen and skills
  • Formulating strategies and concepts
  • Adhering to principles and values
  • Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.
