Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule and manage meetings, calendars, and appointments.
Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and interviews.
Screen calls and messages, and take detailed meeting notes.
Plan and oversee travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and accommodation.
Manage the Director’s personal and business diaries.
Organize and coordinate events, board meetings, and other engagements.
Draft and manage correspondence, including emails, reports, and presentations.
Maintain an efficient office filing system.
Handle client inquiries and follow up on requests.
Perform personal errands for the Managing Director as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Law or related fields preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive.
Preferably a male candidate for gender balance.
Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and excellent English communication skills.
Tech-savvy with experience using word processing and email programs.
Strong interpersonal, time-management, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
