According to a statement by the Director of Press and Public Relations, Federal Ministry of Education, Folasade Boriowo, the programme leverages technology to deliver live, interactive lessons directly to learners. She noted that Inspire Lives democratises access to quality education, ensuring no child is left behind, regardless of location or circumstance.
The Minister of Education, Dr Tunji Alausa, confirmed that full implementation is underway, with expansion planned to cover all classes from Primary One to Senior Secondary Three.

While classes for JSS and SSS are set to begin, the rollout for primary schools is yet to commence. The programme is open to both public and private schools nationwide.
The Inspire platform currently streams daily online classes for Junior and Senior Secondary Schools, offering lessons for JSS One, JSS Two, and SS Two from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Subjects offered at the JSS level include Basic Science, Mathematics, English Language, ICT, Agricultural Science, Basic Technology, Civic Education, French, Physical Education, Religious Studies, History, and Business Studies.
Subjects available to SSS students include Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English Language, Mathematics, Economics, Geography, Agricultural Science, Technical Drawing or Catering Craft, Civic Education, and Automobile Mechanics.
Boriowo noted that classes are delivered by certified master teachers using Cisco Webex. She added that, to ensure smooth implementation nationwide, the ministry has directed all commissioners of education to nominate State Focal Officers who will coordinate the programme, share details with school principals, ensure designated schools are equipped with essential ICT tools and internet connectivity, and supervise the registration process. Registration will only be conducted by school principals through the Inspire support channels.
