Five Persons dead in an auto crash that occurred along the Kaduna-Kachia Road in Kaduna State.
The victims were burnt beyond recognition in the crash, which occurred when two vehicles had a head-on collision about 56 kilometres away from Kaduna on Sunday.
One of the vehicles, a green Volkswagen car with number plate JJJ 220 BB was seen with another small car, whose make was not clear because of the level of destruction.
The remains of three of the victims were still trapped inside one of the vehicles, which was still smoulder, while another charred body was seen beside the burning vehicle.
Two other victims believed to be passengers of one of the vehicles were also seen lying motionless by the roadside.

The corpse of one of the victims, who many believed was a military man, was seen besides a suitcase containing two sets of army uniforms, among other items.
An Eyewitness claimed that several hours after the accident, neither officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps nor their counterparts from other security agencies came to the scene.
This was in spite of the fact that a military checkpoint was located only a few metres away.
