The 33-year-old, currently playing for Scottish Championship side Greenock Morton, was apprehended on Wednesday morning.

According to Sky News, the National Crime Agency (NCA), with support from Police Scotland, detained Emmanuel-Thomas during an operation.
He was found in possession of 60kg of cannabis hidden in two suitcases that had arrived on a flight from Bangkok.
Emmanuel-Thomas joined Arsenal at the age of 8 and spent most of his time with the club’s reserves before being loaned to Blackpool, Doncaster Rovers, and Cardiff City.
Throughout his career, he has played for 15 clubs, including Ipswich Town, Bristol City, Queens Park Rangers (QPR), Livingston, and Aberdeen. He also represented England at the U-17 and U-19 levels.
The forward has scored 78 goals in 384 club appearances over a 16-year career. This season, he has made six appearances for Greenock Morton but is yet to score.
