FRSC Boss Approves Deployment Of 5 Assistant Corps Marshals, Others
Redeployment of five Assistant Corps Marshals and 41 Corps Commanders has been approved by the FRSC boss

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Dr. Boboye Oyeyemi, the Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps, has approved the redeployment of five Assistant Corps Marshals and 41 Corps Commanders.
In a statement issued by the FRSC spokesperson Bisi Kazeem, all 46 senior officers are expected to report to their new commands on or before Monday, May 2, 2022.
The redeployment is in response to the Federal Road Safety Commission’s recent approval of senior officer promotions and the necessity to strategically reposition the officers for optimal performance.
“The redeployed officers include ACM Chidi B Nkwonta, former Zonal commanding officer RS6HQ Port Harcourt, who would assume leadership of the FRSC Command and Staff College (FCSC), Udi, Enugu State,” the statement said.
ACM Chukwuma N. Njoku, who previously served as Corps Commander Personnel at the National Headquarters’ Admin and Human Resource Department, will now lead the National Headquarters’ Manpower Development Unit.”
ACM Ocheja I Ameh, previous Sector Commander Ekiti, is now the Zonal Commanding Officer Enugu, the statement continues
“ACM UI Ojeamiren, the former Deputy Commandant of the FRSC Academy in Udi, is now the Zonal Commanding Officer of Osogbo, while ACM Jonathan Aderole Owoade, the former Sector Commander of Kwara, is now the Zonal Commanding Officer of Port Harcourt.”
Ten states will now have new Sector Commanders, including: Corps Commander (CC) Kaugama M. Kabo, former Sector Commander Sokoto and now Sector Commander Yobe; Corps Commander (CC) Kaugama M. Kabo, former Sector Commander Sokoto and now Sector Commander Yobe; Corps Commander (CC) Kaugama M. Kabo, former Sector Commander Sokoto
CC DY Dio will depart Yobe to assume command of the Adamawa State Sector Commander.
In a similar spirit, CC YK Nadabo will step down as CC LGA Station Office at the national headquarters’ Operations Department and take over as Sector Commander Sokoto, while CC IU Boyi will take over as Sector Commander Borno.
CC I Abubakar, the former Delta State Sector Commander, is now the Benue Sector Commander, with CC Ubi Ushiet taking his place as Delta State Sector Commander.
Meanwhile, CC OE Joseph will take over as Ekiti State Sector Commander, while CC FA Ogidan will take over as Kwara State Sector Commander and CC SE Dawulung will take over as Plateau State Sector Commander. Gombe State’s Sector Commander is now FN Theman mnarc.
In addition, former FRSC Command and Staff College CC Admin Uchechukwu I. Wihioka is currently Deputy Commandant Federal Road Safety Command Staff College, CC Joel I. Dagwa, the former Registrar of the FRSC Academy, has been promoted to Deputy Camp Commandant of the FRSC Academy.
Former Sector Commander Nasarawa State Corps Commander Shamsudeen A. Sale fwc is now Corps Commander Motor Vehicle Administration at Headquarters.
Sector Commander Gombe, Ishaku G. Ibrahim, now Corps Commander National Road Safety Partnership FRSC Headquarters, and Solomon T. Agure psc, former Sector Commander Kogi, now heads Local Government Station Office under the department of Operations, FRSC Headquarters, the statement added
More Corps Commanders were also redeployed, according to the statement, including Ebenezer P. Guar fsi, who was previously the Head of Policy Unit in the Policy Research and Statistics Department and is now the Head Corps Provost in the National Headquarters, and Olusola M. Ibirongbe, who was previously the Corps Commander Cash Management Office under the Finance and Account Office and is now the Corps Commander Finance and Account Unit under the Finance and Account Department.
The Corps Marshal exhorted the Officers to remain strong in their commitment and attention to duty, and to partake in the FRSC mission of making Nigerian roads safer for all motorists, as a result of the need to keep the redeployed Officers on their toes.
