We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator / Graphics Designer to join our team.

Job Title: Computer Operator / Graphics Designer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and photocopiers.

• Assist customers with typing, printing, scanning, and photocopying services.

• Provide internet browsing support, email access, and online registrations.

• Ensure the security and confidentiality of customer data.

• Keep all equipment clean and functional.

• Maintain transaction records and handle basic cash transactions.

• Troubleshoot minor software and hardware issues.

• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop (optional), MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Fast and accurate typing skills.

• Experience in printing, scanning, photocopying, and online registrations is an advantage.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Previous experience in a business center or cyber café is a plus.

• Teaching ability is an added advantage.

• Proximity to Victoria Island is preferred.
