A fellow Chelsea player who made the move to Real Madrid at the end of the 2017/2018 Season, Thibaut Courtois is confident that new Real Madrid signing, Eden Hazard, will have no problems adapting to life is Spain.
All round, Courtois, also an international teammate of Hazard, expressed delight that the Belgium star is moving to the Spanish capital.
Speaking of the arrival Hazard after Belgium’s 3-0 win over Kazakhstan, the goalkeeper said: “If he speaks a little Spanish, it will be even better.”
On the whole, though, he doesn’t forrsee any downside to the move.
“It’s very nice that we’re going to be together. He’s my friend, I get along very well with him and his family.
“For Madrid it’s going to be fantastic. I think [Hazard] is going to make the difference and I hope we can win many titles next season,” he added.
