The Executive Chairman of Eredo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Monsuru Akinloye Ismail, has extended his heartfelt greetings to the Muslim faithful on the beginning of the Holy Month of Ramadan, praying for Allah’s blessings and favor upon them.
Ekohotblog reports that in his Ramadan message, Hon. Akinloye described the holy month as a period of deep spiritual reflection, devotion, and acts of kindness. He urged Muslims to seize the opportunity to strengthen their faith and embrace the virtues of patience, compassion, and generosity.
“Ramadan is a time for prayer, self-discipline, and renewed dedication to Allah. I pray that this sacred month brings immense blessings and favor to all Muslims, and may our fasting and supplications be accepted,” he stated.
The council chairman also emphasized the importance of unity and peaceful coexistence among residents, encouraging them to extend kindness to the less privileged.
“As we embark on this spiritual journey, let us remember the essence of Ramadan, which teaches us selflessness and compassion. We must support one another, especially those in need, and ensure that love and peace prevail in our communities,” he added.
Hon. Akinloye reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to the development of Eredo LCDA, assuring residents of continued efforts to improve their welfare.
“I remain committed to the progress and well-being of the people of Eredo. Together, we will continue to build a community founded on peace, development, and shared prosperity,” he assured.
