“It is an exhibition of ignorance for anyone to say that a lawmaker’s sole duty is to make laws.
Our responsibilities also include making sure the government works well and meeting the needs of the people we represent,” he said.

Hon. Raji described the newly completed classrooms as part of his promise to improve education in the constituency.
He explained that during his campaign, he assured the people of quality representation, and this was one of the ways he was fulfilling that promise.
“My contribution is a demonstration of our commitment to our campaign promises. We have provided 12 classrooms with furniture in both Ilara and Igbooye Secondary Schools in Eredo LCDA.
We don’t want children to go through unnecessary stress just to get an education, so we ensure schools are built close to where people live,” he said.
He also spoke about the first public secondary school he facilitated in Temu, noting that as the pioneer students move to JSS 3, more classrooms are being provided for their senior secondary education.

“That is why we are now providing 12 more classrooms at Temu, so when the students move to SS1 in September 2025, they will have a place to continue their education,” he added.
Hon. Raji further listed other completed projects, including two blocks of 12 classrooms at Owu-Ikosi, 12 classrooms at Oko Abe, and another 12 classrooms at Lege.
“By the time we hand over all these projects, we will have completed a total of 160 classrooms in Epe Federal Constituency,” he said.

He reassured his constituents that more projects were on the way, adding that all his efforts were in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s vision for education and development.
“Whatever we are doing for the people is being done by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Federal Government. We will continue to do more,” he assured.
