The flight, originally scheduled for departure at 1:00 pm, left passengers stranded for nearly five hours due to the unannounced delay.
Passengers, irked by the recurrent delays by Max Air, criticized the airline’s lack of transparency in communication, highlighting the inconvenience it causes to travelers relying on their services.
According to data from the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Max Air has a concerning track record of delays. In July 2023 alone, out of 1,565 flights operated by the airline.
