How Passengers Fume Over Max Air’s Flight Delay At Kano Airport

Eko Hot Blog reports that “Max Air’s constant flight delays are unacceptable,” voices frustrated passengers at Malam Aminu Kano International Airport (MAKIA) following the unexpected hold-up of flight VM1645 bound for Lagos.

The flight, originally scheduled for departure at 1:00 pm, left passengers stranded for nearly five hours due to the unannounced delay.

Passengers, irked by the recurrent delays by Max Air, criticized the airline’s lack of transparency in communication, highlighting the inconvenience it causes to travelers relying on their services.

According to data from the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Max Air has a concerning track record of delays. In July 2023 alone, out of 1,565 flights operated by the airline.
