Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to making 3-ingredient cookies (piped cookies)

Basic Ingredients:
Butter or margarine – 250g
Sugar – 1/2 cup or as desired
All-purpose flour – 250g

Procedures to follow
- Clean your oven and make sure it is clean, then preheat to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat or cream the butter or margarine and sugar together until the mixture is creamy and fluffy.
- Gradually add the flour to the butter-sugar mixture. Mix until a smooth dough forms. The dough should not be hard so it can come out through your piping bag.
- You can use different shapes of nozzles to bring out different shapes.
- Place your cookies on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are just starting to turn a light golden color.
- Bake in a low heat for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Enjoy your homemade shortbread cookies.
