The Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Otunba-Akogun Wale Raji Anomo, has joined millions of Lagosians to celebrate Mr. Tayo Akinmade Ayinde, Chief of Staff to the Executive Governor of Lagos State, on the occasion of his birthday.
